Hi, I joined the company in April 2017. Before joining Ishikawa Metals, I was working in a completely different industry and, frankly speaking, I was worried about that fact. Indeed, I was confused and did not understand everything from the very beginning, but you can always ask for advice from very supportive colleagues. Nowadays I am in the overseas business development group, which means quite a lot of business trips all over the world. What I really like about Ishikawa Metals is that they have the culture of entrusting big jobs and projects to young people. Yes, “big job” often means big responsibility, but I believe big responsibility leads to personal growth.

Takafumi Tsukamoto

I am Takafumi Tsukamoto, 3rd year after joining. I am involved in sales business to sell copper recycled materials to copper manufacturers. I feel it's important to know that it's the quality that customers want, by actually going to the vendor and checking the goods with our own eyes, rather than just buying and selling them. I am still immature and I am learning every day among many reliable customers under the network that Ishikawa Metals has cultivated.

Yuki Hirayama

I am Yuki Hirayama, 5th year after joining. I support the sales staff, to make it work smoothly, like preparing documents such as contracts, arranging delivery of the contracted goods after making arrangements with our business partners, and entering the data into ERP system. I feel fortunate to do this job here at Ishikawa Metals because being in a support position of sales, I have such a good communication directly with our customers and business partners. I frequently discuss with many people from different positions over the phone and when I successfully make new proposals and solve problems by listening to the needs of the other parties, I feel a sense of accomplishment.
